Vladstudio Companion
Vladstudio Companion is a freeware program with the following exciting features:

Not automatically. Please go to Options, enter your e-mail and password, and click Sign In. -

In menu, choose "Select from Saved Images" and locate the image you liked. You can also turn off "Set random wallpaper every X hours" checkbox, and only do it manually when you'd like.
