Sandal is a Russian duet of Zhenya (Zuza), singer with unbelievable voice, and Dima (Petrovich), excellent drummer, performing ethno-songs of different cultures, as well as their own songs. I met them when they were making show in Irkutsk, and they happened to be fans of my art! So I did a drawing of them. The challenge was to make them recognizable using only simple lines and shapes. I think it turned out well!
