Again, blue and simple :-) Sorry for not posting for long time, I am overwhelmed with jobs at this moment, but ideas for wallpapers keep coming out from me. I hope you like it! Thanks.
Recently, making some changes to my website, I made a small mistake (so called Bug), which then bugged a lot of people. That inspired me to draw this wallpaper. Enjoy!
This is very quick artwork I did to congratulate my sister's husband - they have beautiful little child, and I wanted to reflect that. This is very simple I know but hopefully you will like it!
This is the re-designed version of my old artwork, Where Smiles Are Born. I suddenly wanted to recreate it using my improved Photoshop skills. Hope you like it!
I made this artwork by request, and it is designed to match the new Where Smiles Are Born wallpaper (see next wallpaper in the gallery). Thanks!
Booo!!! :-)
Booo!!! :-)
Booo!!! :-)
In Siberia, winter came earlier than we could imagine. This artwork is dedicated to another long cold time of the year. Winter can be beautiful too, but I am already looking forward to new summer! As always, Adobe Photoshop only. Trees shapes generated with the help of my good old friend, "Context Free" program.
The new version of Mac OS X, Snow Leopard, is coming tomorrow, so I wanted to celebrate it with new artwork. Hope you like it!
<br><br>
In some way, I designed it in contrary to the <a href='http://gizmodo.com/5344205/8-years-of-great-mac-os-x-box-design-end-in-a-stupid-clip-art-cat'>OS box design</a>, which is a bit too aggressive. Well, mine is a bit too 'sweet' probably :-)

Mmmm, I don't know how to describe this :-) As always, created in Photoshop. Probably a bit unusual style for me but I like it!
This is more 'technical' wallpaper and less 'artistic'. With this work, I'd like to express my deep respect to air industry. I enjoy traveling, and I'm lucky to live at times when it's possible to travel around the world like never before.
As always, created in Adobe Photoshop, with extensive usage of Pen tool.
You might think it is an awful idea to put someone else's self portrait on your desktop :-) But maybe you will like this kind of portrait! My mother says he looks very similar to me :-)
Space is never-ending source of inspiration for me! I wanted to draw a map of constellations in Photoshop, so I found suitable projection in Internet and used it as a reference.
By request, this is the blue version of previous wallpaper, Sun Eclipse. Thanks!
Recently, people of East Asia witnessed the longest Sun eclipse in XXI century. For those who did not see it (including myself), here is the digital version of Sun eclipse! As always, Photoshop only.
I found this little fairy in my friend's garden, and immediately took a photo! (She lives inside flax flowers).
I stumbled upon this kind of map in souvenir shop in New Zealand. I immediately fell in love with this idea! Because I love maps; and I love when things suddenly go upside down; and I love when familiar things get unexpected look! This artwork is designed with large printing in mind - it will look perfect as large poster! On smaller screens, all details might look too little though. I hope you will enjoy it! As always, created in Photoshop, with Wacom. Work duration: 12 hours precisely (non-stop :-).
Simple abstract wallpaper, inspired by the beauty of sound wave! As always, Photoshop only.
Kind of comics! (My first experience).
This is freaky variation of previous wallpaper (Guitarist). I got this idea as a birthday gift to the founder of <a href="http://www.tihomirovy.com/en/home/">Tihomirovy Fund</a> (they treat children with horseback riding), but I needed it done fast, so I borrowed parts of artwork from previous wallpaper. Hope you like it!
By request, this is background part of previous wallpapers, Horse Rider and Guitarist. Thanks!
Anyone can play guitar! ( © Radiohead)
This is the variation of previous wallpaper, When the Night Comes. Thanks!
Well, for this young fairy, the night comes whenever she wants!
These are probably not my best photos, but I wanted to publish them, because I think they make good wallpaper. Location: village Listvyanka, at lake Baikal. Conditions: wet!

The inevitable is happening! My kitten is disappearing :-)
Everybody knows a Cheshire Cat, but I guess he was not so famous when he was a kitten! I stumbled upon his early-days photo, he's so cute, isn't he? :-) As always, Adobe Photoshop, and Wacom Cintiq Magical Tablet.
I created this as a postcard for wedding anniversary, so please bear with me if it looks too colorful on your monitor :-)
Blue and Red make Purple!
Blue and Yellow make Green!
Red and Yellow make Orange!
I took this photo long long time ago and somehow forgot to publish it! Here it is finally, hope you will like it!
Simple and abstract wallpaper, inspired by nature beauty, as it often happens to me. As always, Photoshop only! Available in 3 colors.

I created this wallpaper to promote my website new feature - <a href="http://www.vladstudio.com/jigsawpuzzles/">Jigsaw puzzles</a>!
This artwork was initially designed as clock, so the wallpaper itself is only the background for clocks. I recommend using this artwork in <a href=http://www.vladstudio.com/wallpaperclock/details.php?230>wallpaper clock format</a>.
What a tree would do if it could walk? I think it would go travel! As always, Photoshop only. Thanks!
This wallpaper is background from my previous wallpaper, Bluebells Color 4.
Simple decorative wallpaper. As always, created in Adobe Photoshop. I used Wacom Cintiq most of the drawing time. 4 color variation are available. Thanks!

Mother Day is coming! Dedicated to my mama, the best mama in the world! Mama I love you and you know it :-)
I had a chance to spend some time with upcoming Windows 7 OS. And because I am wallpaper maniac :-) the default wallpaper (this one - <a href=http://static.arstechnica.com/rcvm.jpg>View from Arstechnica website</a>) was most interesting to me. I decided to fire up Photoshop and try to draw better wallpaper. I changed the fish (because my favorite is clown-fish), made wallpaper darker (I thought it was uncomfortably light), tweaked light source and reflections. I'm not sure if it turned out better, but here is the result!
I stumbled upon nice macro photo of a leaf here: <a href=http://texurestockbyhjs.deviantart.com/>texurestockbyhjs.deviantart.com</a> and wanted to re-create it in Photoshop. The result is this wallpaper - nothing incredible but still I wanted to share it with you :-)
Made by request. April 22 is the Earth Day (see <a href=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earth_Day>Wikipedia</a> for details). This is my quick wallpaper about saving the planet. Thanks!
Today is not only Easter, but also Space & Aviation Day, celebrated after Yuri Gagarin became the first human to travel into space on 12 April 1961. By pure coincidence, I created the wallpaper called Astronaut. Hope you will like it! As always, Adobe Photoshop only.
Weird combination of computer smiles and russian nesting dolls!
I have never seen northern lights before, but I hope to see them some time in the future. This is how I imagine them :-) Everything created in Adobe Photoshop, I did not use any photos. You can learn how I designed this wallpaper from my <a href="http://vladstudio.com/photoshoptutorials/tutorial.php?design_colorful_northern_lights_landscape">Photoshop tutorial</a>. Thanks!
I do not know how to describe this :-)
I designed this map as a gift, and thought it could be nice wallpaper too. Maybe some of you will find it suitable for their monitors! (Because of map proportions, there are no 2-3-monitor versions, sorry!).

I am back from my long and wonderful New Zealand vacation. Thanks for your patience while I was away! As any amateurish photographer :-), I'd love to share some of my photos with you, in my favorite wallpaper format. This is the first from the series.

Quick wallpaper for upcoming Valentine Day. The wallpaper was inspired by "An umbrella built for the inseparable" by Jasmine Raznahan and Marc Owens.Make love not war!
Простая обоя для наступающего дня Святого Валентина. На эту работу меня вдохновила найденная в интернете фотография зонтика 'An umbrella built for the inseparable' by Jasmine Raznahan and Marc Owens.
First of all, I'm very sorry for lack of new wallpapers this month! January was not easy for me. Anyway, here is the new artwork, spent last 3 days on it. As always, Photoshop only. Wacom Cintiq heavily used. It is a bit dark but I hope you will like it this way!
This metal wallpaper was inspired by <a href='http://blog.cocoia.com/2008/12/28/system-preferences-wallpaper/'>Cocoia Wallpaper</a>, which was in turn inspired by OS X System Preferences icon. It looks especially good in wallpaper clock format!
This is simplified version of Gear Wheel wallpaper, without gears, only background.
I cannot help but making some photos of Lake Baikal, near which I live. The smoke on the water is because it is really cold (around -25C).
This wallpaper has a story. I received email from a young man. He wrote (extr.):

'...I met a person in university - I am sure you are familiar with the feeling - THE person, the one that fits just right. We spent two outstanding years together. Shared a lot, discovered a lot, grew up and built plans for the future together. But fairy tales don't last long, do they? ...there is no way for her to permanently stay here with me. She has only two more weeks after which she is gone back and despite all our feelings for each other we will be thousands of kilometers away....
Both me and she have been admirers of your work, quite often being able to reflect our feelings and emotions through it. I wanted to give her something that will be significant for her and make her remember. I can only hope that you will be able to answer my plead...'

How could I not reply? I created this artwork and named it Love Knows No Boundaries - because it is true! I hope it can help them, as well as, maybe, you?

Thanks for viewing! And while I am here, Happy New Year :-)

I love drawing world maps! This time, shape of each country is represented by its name.
Please excuse me for my amateurish photographic experiments, I can't help it :-) These are small water drops on CD disc.
Made with Wacom tablet. Merry Christmas!
You probably noticed that birds sitting on wires often look like notes on note paper! I used that idea to make a wallpaper.
This abstract wallpaper was inspired by Abstract Vectors tutorial from abduzeedo.com, which in turn was inspired by Andy Gilmore, and I guess we all were inspired by British Petroleum Logo :-) As always, Adobe Photoshop only.

The Two are back! This wallpaper is dedicated to all wonderful russian ice skating sportsmen.
Choo-choo :-)
A simple abstract wallpaper inpsired by a tutorial found at abduzeedo.com.
I designed this picture for VW car dealer, but they could not buy it because of financial crisis! So I was free to publish it as desktop wallpaper for everyone. I hope someone will like it :-)
He will not be late, dont worry! :-)
He will not be late, dont worry! :-)
I felt really depressed today, so I made this simple, simple wallpaper, with another 2-eye creature :-)
I was contacted by the son of russian artist, Yuriy Firsanov, who creates stunning small wooden sculptures. By his request, I re-touched several photos of his sculptures and converted them into wallpapers and wallpaper clocks. I think his works are great, delicate and reflect the best from old Russia. His website: <a href=http://www.firsanov.ru/>firsanov.ru</a> (so far russian only) or <a href=http://mfirsanov.deviantart.com>mfirsanov.deviantart.com</a>

A simple wallpaper with double entendre :-) for those who, like me, have lots of icons on desktop lately. As always, Adobe Photoshop only.
Another color version of previous wallpaper, Typographic Rain.
From time to time, I get inspired by the beauty of typography. This wallpaper is made from only these symbols: O A b { ( ) ~ ! * , . The font used is Adobe Caslon Pro. And yes, the weather is very sad here now!
I have a 9-year old niece, Natasha, and I made some of gel pen sketches for her. This wallpaper is one of these sketches. I scanned blank piece of paper, then scanned the pen sketch, and merged them in Photoshop. Wood texture from <a href=http://www.sxc.hu/photo/1091438>sxc.hu</a>.

Just another version of previous wallpaper. Spooky Halloween to all!
Halloween is coming, so here is the new Halloween wallpaper! (Once again, sorry for lack of new wallpapers, another busy month!)
Socotra or Soqotra is a small archipelago in the Indian Ocean off the coast of the Horn of Africa. Socotra is one of the most isolated landforms on Earth, and it is considered the "jewel" of biodiversity. Surveys have revealed that more than a third of the 800 or so plant species of Socotra are found nowhere else.

Shown on this wallpaper are the Dragon's Blood Tree (Dracaena cinnabari) and the Bottle Tree (adenium obesum).

I found black pen sketches that I did when I was maybe 15 years old :-) I scanned them and converted them into wallpaper. They look weird but I like that! :-)
I suddenly wanted to draw a dolphin with a child, so I did :-) Referenced photo by Leandro Stanzani. As always, Adobe Photoshop only.
First of all, my apologies for lack of updates! August was very hard for me, and I wasn't able to make a single wallpaper for almost a month. Anyway, this is a new wallpaper, I hope you will like it! As always, Adobe Photoshop only. (Wallpaper clock and tutorial coming soon!)
This is a version of "Jeans World Map" wallpaper, but without the labels, maybe some will like it this way!
I live in Irkutsk, center of East Siberia, 60 km from lake Baikal, deepest in the world. Irkutsk has a lot of wooden houses, once beautiful, now quickly degrading, being destroyed by time. I decided to drive around the city and nearest villages and take photos of most unusual houses, before they become history. I am not a professional photographer, but I wanted to do it anyway. I hope you will enjoy the houses as much as I did!

We had very scary storm tonight, and I made some photos of it. This wallpaper is 100% photo, not drawing or Photoshop filter :-) Photo taken with Canon 400D, Sigma 17-70 lens. Hue and levels slightly adjusted in Photoshop.
I do not usually make "fan-art" wallpapers based on copyrighted characters, but after watching Wall-E, I just could not help it! I'm so much in love with it. Because EVE is Pixar/Disney property, I cannot make money from using it, so this wallpaper is 100% free, and you can download high-quality images without registration. Thanks!
Dedicated to the Large Hadron Collider, and all the fears associated with it :-)
As you know from my earlier works, giraffes can fly :-) Elephant wanted to fly too, but how? Remember, as Richard Bach said, you are never given a wish without also being given the power to make it come true.
Every snail wants to be a winner!
Recently I accessed the top-secret NASA document that described several types of aliens that they discovered, with their portraits, ships and planets. I quickly re-created it in Photoshop, so it is not secret any more! (NASA I am not afraid of your lawyers :-)
This is plain version of Aliens wallpaper, without the aliens :-) Made in Photoshop using its standard brush set.
From time to time I get inspired by wonderful photos of water drops on a spider web. This wallpaper was made in Photoshop entirely, no photos manipulated. Tutorial coming soon!
Another color variation of Water drops on a spider web wallpaper. As always, Adobe Photoshop only (no photos manipulated).

All elements of this wallpaper are made from Georgia font!
Well, I admit this is a bit weird wallpaper :-) I took 2 beautiful but very different fonts, GiddyUp and Bickham Script, and made 2 trees from them. This way, the letters are growing from the book.
I made this map as wedding gift to a friend of mine who was going to have honeymoon travel to Paris. It might be too complex to use as desktop background, but I wanted to publish it anyway. Feel free to print for yourself if you want to!

Finally, an abstract set of wallpapers :-) Fractal image created with <a href='http://www.apophysis.org/'>Apophysis</a>, then tweaked in Photoshop. Generating fractals is strange and meditative process, reminding me of taking <a href='http://www.sensitivelight.com/smoke2/'>photos of smoke</a>. Rendering took about 10 hours. Thanks!

From time to time, I get suddenly inspired by underwater scenes. Indeed, when I look at huge mass of migrating fish on TV or photos, I start to think that someone did a lot of copy-pasting there! So this is what I did in photoshop: a lot of copy-pasting :-) It may seem a bit plain or distractive to you, but I think I like it this way. Thanks!
I came to visit my friends, musicians in the orchestra. We were looking through some music scripts, when the notes suddenly started taking off paper and flying around! I had camera with me so I immediately took this photo!
Long ago, when I was young kid, I made a wallpaper called They Stole The Moon. I am still the kid :-) but not as young, and I wanted to re-make it with my (hopefully) improved Photoshop skills. To my surprise, it turned out to be completely different wallpaper, but maybe that's better!
I think they are friends! :-) All done in Photoshop as always, with little help of Wacom Cintiq tablet.
Dedicated to classical music! Done in Photoshop with Wacom tablet. Thanks! (Please also see previous wallpaper)

Spring has finally come to Siberia!
Done in Photoshop entirely, using Wacom Cintiq tablet. It took me exactly 24 hrs, with short break to sleep :-) I am not too experienced in tablet drawing yet - had to start from scratch 3 times. Hope you like it anyway!
They are so different, and yet they are together! Because they are friends :-) I made quick pencil sketch, then quickly outlined it in Photoshop. So it is quick wallpaper :-) Orange version is also available - please see previous wallpaper.

Hope you like it :-)
I made this photo on the last day of winter, in Tihomirovy Fund (not far from Irkutsk, where I live). They treat disabled children with horseback riding. Read more about their wonderful and hard job: <a href=http://tihomirovy.com/en/home/>tihomirovy.com</a>
Did you ever imagine where the dreams come from? I think there must be some fairies, like Internet Service Providers, that provide dreams into our pillows...
I am back again with childish blue-yellow wallpaper! Sorry if I repeat myself but I cant help it :-)
This is how rainbows are really made!
That's a bit strange wallpaper, I admit! Still I hope you'll like it :-)
As suggested by one of my website visitors, I took my earlier wallpaper, Christmas Night, and transformed it into Valentine's Day Night!
I found photoshop source of my older wallpaper, Motion, and thought it would be good idea to publish it in many colors, as well as wallpaper clock format. Please browse gallery for this wallpaper in different colors!

They say that stars are collapsing clouds of hydrogen. I do not believe that! I think that stars are grown by special trained aliens, and when they are ripened they fly into the sky and shine there.
This is plain background from my earlier artwork, Square Elephant. Made by request :-)
A variation of previous wallpaper, with slightly different colors.
I am lucky to live in times when airplanes have already been invented. I enjoy traveling, and it would not be possible (or at least as easy) without airplane industry. So, this wallpaper is a dedication to those who all who makes flights possible: inventors, constructors, pilots, air traffic control officers, and stewardesses!

Variation of previous wallpaper, but without text. Recently, I learned the sad story of Arbre du Ténéré - the most isolated tree on Earth (the only one within more than 400 km). I was so touched I could not help making a wallpaper about it! From <a href=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arbre_du_Ténéré>Wikipedia</a>: It was the last surviving tree of a group of trees that grew when the Sahara desert was less parched than it is today. The tree was knocked down by an allegedly drunk Libyan truck driver in 1973.

This is one of the wallpapers from Cathedrals series, but unlike the other wallpapers, it shows the cathedral that has never been completed! I used the wonderful virtual photo of future cathedral from <a href=http://www.gloryday.com/>Glory Day</a> as a reference. Created entirely in Photoshop with small hard black brush. From <a href=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sagrada_Família>Wikipedia</a>: Originally designed by Antoni Gaudí (1852 – 1926), who worked on the project for over 40 years, the project is scheduled to be completed in 2026... Parts of the unfinished building and Gaudí's models and workshop were destroyed during the war by Catalan anarchists. The design, as now being constructed, is based both on reconstructed versions of the lost plans and on modern adaptations.

From <a href=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duomo_di_Milano>Wikipedia</a>: The cathedral is significant in the promulgation of the Christian faith, for its role in the establishment of Catholic traditions of worship, its outstanding musical heritage and the splendour of its Gothic architecture.

From <a href=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cologne_Cathedral>Wikipedia</a>: Cologne Cathedral is one of the world's largest churches, being the largest Gothic church in Northern Europe. For four years, 1880-84, it was the tallest structure in the world.

Another addition to my Christmas gallery. Enjoy the holidays!
Dedicated to millions of people around the world, spending millions of hours in traffic jams. :-)
We had -30C yesterday! So I found myself in the forest and took some pictures. I think it works well for Christmas! A bit of mystery added in Photoshop.

Hoo-hoo-hoo! Merry Christmas!
I found a photo on InterfaceLift site and thought: I can draw sparks myself in Photoshop! Here it is. It is designed as background for clocks (please see Wallpaper Clocks page) and looks a bit empty without it.
Yet another very strange wallpaper ;-)

Next wallpaper in musical instruments series. This is about Viola De Teclas (Nyckelharpa) - unusual old wooden instrument. Once, I was walking on the streets of Toledo, Spain, and saw young woman playing viola de teclas. That was really great, I bought her CD and later found her website at http://anaalcaide.com . This wallpaper is not a photo! Made entirely in Photoshop (except wood texture).
Another color variation of previous wallpaper. This is very simple abstract wallpaper, for easy desktop, originally designed as wallpaper clock (you can find it in Wall Clocks Gallery)

Taaaa-daaaaa!!!!
I stumbled upon a small pencil sketch in Internet, called Stountt (unfortunately no author was credited) and was amazed by the mountain drawn there! So I re-created this mountain in Photoshop. I think it may be illustration for some scandinavian myth - if you know what this is, let me know! Thanks!
To make this wallpaper, I scanned my loudspeaker :-) and used Photoshop to burn the ornaments on it.
The big success of previous wallpaper revealed the fact that my English is really bad :-) So I created simplier version of previous wallpaper, with no text, and I also resized entire artwork so that New Zealand fits! Thanks!
This planet looks strangely familiar... But something has changed... Hmm :-) As usual, Adobe Photoshop only.

My wife is taking a lot of horse riding lessons recently! So I dedicated an artwork to this! Also dedicated to wonderful Tihomirovy Fund - see my previous wallpapers about them. Thanks!
This is very simple wallpaper, so I do not expect a lot of positive feedback on it :-) I created it to promote website of Tihomirovy Fund, wonderful family helping disabled children with horseback riding (they are located in Irkutsk, Russia, where I live). The logotype is not mine either, but I made website for them - you can check it out at http://www.tihomirovy.com/en/home/ . I can only wish them best of luck, what they do is so truly wonderful.

This is wallpaper-sized version of book cover artwork I created for Pierre-Yves Touzot for his coming novel "Terre Lointaine" (Distant Earth). Book is to be published later this year in France. The book cover will be red - but it looks too contrast on desktop, so I changed it to blue. I need to note that this image is fully copyrighted to the client, and cannot be used other than desktop wallpaper. Thanks for your understanding :-)

Sting, Message in a Bottle:
Just a castaway
An island lost at sea
Another lonely day
With no one here but me
More loneliness
Than any man could bear
Rescue me before I fall into despair
...
Walked out this morning
Don't believe what I saw
A hundred billion bottles
Washed up on the shore
Seems I'm not alone at being alone
A hundred billion casatways
Looking for a home

I'll send an SOS to the world
I'll send an SOS to the world
I hope that someone gets my
Message in a bottle
To Klimt! :-)

I have seen similar concept several times before in Internet (long ago, so cannot provide links), but I though I'd love to explore this idea too - the life of someone (something) during changing seasons. Tree shape generate in ContextFree, manipulated in Photoshop.

This wallpaper is a qualifying submission in the GUI Championships 2006. <b>UPDATE: voting closed, thanks so much to eveyrone who voted!</b>
I am huge fan of sports cars! So I created interface suite to make your computer look more like a car. All graphics created from scratch in Photoshop, no photos manipulated.

this artwork has deep philosophical meaning :-)
I am very excited to launch my new website today - http://www.orangeicons.com , where I will be selling stock icons. So I made the promo wallpaper for it! I hope you will like it despite its "promo" content, it turned out quite optimistic.
something you have eaten might had eaten something else before you have eaten it!
I have always been fan of various ornaments, so I sometimes try to create my own. The picture in the middle taken by me in Alhambra, Spain. The rest done in Photoshop.
I used my favorite ContextFree to generate the trees, and Photoshop to do the rest. More pessimistic color is available (see previous wallpaper).

... means a little snake, or snake child. I found these wonderful shapes at 1001fonts.com - font copyright Signalgrau.
Made by request, which I very rarely can afford to do. The previous artwork was too dismal (as mentioned in its comments), so here's more positive piece!
The third in the serie (well, the forth in fact!). As usually, created entirely in Photoshop. No photos were manipulated. The trees are generated by computer with the help of wonderful freeware program called ContextFree.
It's been long since I made abstract pieces. Hope you will like that!

This wallpaper is NOT inspired by War of the Worlds movie :-) This idea was inside me for quite a while already, but only today I suddenly understood how to draw it. Enjoy!

This wallpaper is done with gratitude to the long-term visitor of my website, Jaideep Nadkarni, who always keeps me happy with his positive and constructive comments. He pointed me to the Warli Art, named after a village in the Indian state Maharashtra. By his request, and with great pleasure, I converted some Warli Art shapes to wallpaper format.
inspired by an artwork I brought from my recent trip to Mongolia. Created entirely in Photoshop - no scans or any other copy-paste methods.

This wallpaper has two sources of inspiration. First and most important is my previous wallpaper, Bob. Compare the tower and the cat shapes, and you will understand why :-) And second is a poster about tower that I've seen in shop during recent travel to Paris.
P.S. Be sure to look at Bob wallpaper too - they are very different, but they are the serie :-)
Dedicated to my cat, named Bob.

This is #222!
very minimalistic image, dedicated to all who are far from home. Traveling is wonderful, but there is no better place than home.
Created in Adobe Photoshop from scratch.
Created entirely in Photoshop, no other tools used. Enspired by such artists as Hameed and Greg Martin, whose planets are the best if you ask me!
This is the downtown of Chicago, which I was happy to visit recently. Picture taken on March 16, 2003.
It's been a long since I uploaded here - tons of work, lack of time. This is created entirely in Photoshop, except tree shape, found somewhere in Internet (unf I cannot give a credit becasue I dont know the source). Hope you will like it!
Little pieces of hand-made paper, one scanner, one glagolitic font, photoshop.
Thanks to my new digital camera, I am able to create photo-maniputaled wallpapers. Hope you will like them.

Photo taken on &#1057;ape of Hoboi (lake Baikal) where I spent a vacation.
This wallpaper looks like a photo, but it is not! Stones and water textures are created and mixed in Photoshop, the only photo used is a map of actual lake Baikal. I hope Baikal will bring positive emotions to your desktop, as this is the main goal of all my wallpapers!
I am very happy with this wallpaper because of several things. First, I love elephants. Then, I have always been fond of "old" things and pictures, and this one turned out very old :) I called it Harmony because every man and animal and tree loves each other. I love you too, my visitors! :):):)

This wallpaper may seem too bright, and you may want to make it darker (so that icons are better seen). Still I upload the bright version, because it looks better than darker. EnjoY!
I love how this sketch turned out!
For all football fans out there! :) I am not very good at football, so I did not use actual flags and colors. With this wallpaper you will feel yourself a champion simply by moving your mouse! :)
my first useful wallpaper :)
Created after the TV program about ladybirds.
Today it was raining the first time since the beginning of the year. I could not ignore it!
We have been thinking of purchasing an aquarium.. so I created virtual aquarium for my family (that is, wife and cat). Feel free to share it with your family too!
I am very happy it. It is not my usual style. I started work on this wp today evening, and it is almost 4 hrs in the morning and I should be sleeping for a long time already ;) Everything is airbrushed in Photoshop with the assistance of good little Wacom and mouse sometimes. Even keyboard took part :)
I am aware that my art is sometimes poor in details and not too advanced in technique, but that is not what I am fighting for. The goal of my art is to bring you the most positive impression possible. And this wp really turned out positive! If you like this wp, well I am just happy!

The flower for my wife :)
Third version - less saturated.
Second version of previous wp - darker.
Created in sad mood.... with Photoshop, Bryce and Chameleon Desktop.
Used - Photoshop, Bryce. My PC is not too old and slow, but these ballz were rendering for 9 hrs... So I could spend some time with family :)
Used - Photoshop, Bryce. My PC is not too old and slow, but these ballz were rendering for 9 hrs... So I could spend some time with family :)
Simple and abstract. As usually :)
The third version. Now it is night, and landscape is deep african sea :) I created this because I like them more with shadow on the water.
Both names are possible - "four friends" or "for friends". I used digital camera to take picture of sheeps and Photoshop to do the rest. Enjoy!
Very simple wp, character created in boring lecture in our Academy. Boring lectures can be useful :)
This wallpaper is inspired by great art of CheneyMac.
I love elephants... I have more than 20 of them in my house. And another one on my desktop :) This is darker version.
I hope you will not be dissapointed with its simplisity, because simple wallpaper is what we all sometimes need. :)
The second from the serie. Again, sun... :) Fave fun! If it's too dark, let me know.
Again my favorite shape - the sun.
Inspired by a lot of indian music.
This is not my usual style and color scheme. Let me know if this wallpaper is rainy enough :) Used XaraX and of course Photoshop.
bryce 4, photoshop 6.
This photo was taken about a month ago in Paris. I worked hard to make it look bad :) I think I succeeded :):)
Translation available upon request :)
A lot of people say my wallpapers are too pessimistic. This time I come up with the most optimistic thing ever - love. This character represents deep feeling of love to my wife. This is the version with my favorite blue as a background. Light version is als available.<BR>

Im not in happy mood finishing this piece, but it took me a lot of *** evenings to create, and I could waste a year doing this.

Two photos (cows and backgrond) are used here. The wallpaper took 30 minutes to do, but I hope that it is not my talent that will catch you (see my other wallpapers for this :) but the cows themselves. They are terrific. And they are in love. Thats incredible... I hope that this wallpaper will remind you that we should sometimes turn this thing off and spend more time with people we love. <br>The photos are taken from www.sight.ru
What the Octopus can be.
Made for reminding myself that I need to meet my friends offline more often.
What the trees look like in the future? No one knows.. (Created in pessimistic mood)
